The secrecy here and the ‘exclusive club’ mentality that Ofsted try to create by saying ‘inspect with us and you’ll have access to inspection materials that other schools won’t see is appalling.
Thank you to a friend, who knows an inspector friend – and it shouldn’t be like this. Ofsted need to publish these and all other training materials on their website.
If you inspect for Ofsted, please reconsider. This is simply an unfair system that you are perpetuating (together with hugely increased workload and worry, unbearable stress and the end of their careers for some of your colleagues, of course).
This is great, they really do need to be released to teachers. I love the work you are doing here.
